Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide operation and administration of an Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) to a diverse workforce comprised of approximately 2,700 active employees and their eligible dependents. ECMCC is interested in receiving proposals from companies with experience working with similarly sized healthcare, hospital or civil service employers in New York State.
