Kaleida Health, Erie County Medical Center Corporation and Brooks TLC Hospital System have completed an analysis designed to evaluate the overall costs of Orthopedic Total Joints products purchased within our hospitals. Our hospitals spend a significant amount of our annual budget on Orthopedic Total Joints products. Given the current environment of declining reimbursement and incremental cost pressure, it is imperative that we collectively address the costs associated with these products.
