Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to improve the process of accepting patient payments. We are looking for solutions that will automate posting, reduce Days A/R, consolidate lockbox providers and reduce patient billing costs. ECMCC would also like to implement a cost-effective online portal that will provide patients with advanced features to enhance their overall experience. The goal is for ECMCC to enhance overall efficiencies within the A/R department, without changing our current depository relationships.
