How ECMC Virtual Help Center Visits Work:

  1. Select a timeslot for your virtual visit below.
  2. An ECMC representative will contact you via phone to set up a convenient time for your visit to collect additional information.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to connect to your virtual visit via phone or video.

Normal business hours of the Help Center are 8am – 12am

Here’s an overview of conditions we can evaluate and help treat through a virtual visit:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Obsessive thoughts and behaviors
  • Hallucinations
  • Feelings of hopelessness / helplessness
  • Note: Immediate medication is not guaranteed.
