Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking qualified proposals from firms for services to perform a Health Equity Impact Assessment (“Services”), as part of New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Certificate of Need (CON) submissions, on an as-needed basis for capital construction projects (“Projects”) conducted by ECMCC.
