Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a web-based application to meet the performance measurement, data analysis and reporting needs of ECMCC’s inpatient and outpatient care facilities. The service required will provide quality measures reports related to Core Measures and National Hospital Quality Measures, HCAHPS, CAHPS, Value Based Purchasing, and should also be expandable to other reporting objectives.
