The Terrace View Long-Term Care Facility is a modern, well-lit residence located on the ECMC Health Campus. This 390-bed nursing home is named for the cascading terraces that offer attractive, fresh-air spaces for the enjoyment of senior residents in need of long-term care and skilled nursing services.

Quality of life is a top priority at Terrace View. We offer small-scale neighborhoods that house 16-24 residents. Each “neighborhood” contains a living room, fireplace, kitchen, and dining rooms. Every floor features an indoor terrace lounge that overlooks a wide outdoor terrace. The neighborhood design at Terrace View provides residents a comfortable room that includes a bathroom, flat-screen television, and a telephone (for a nominal fee). Resident computers are available in each neighborhood, and residents with personal devices can take advantage of our wi-fi connection. Additional amenities for residents include buffet dining, a spacious and light-filled common room with a grand piano, and accommodations for family visitors or caregivers who would like to stay overnight.

From basic long-term care needs to Alzheimer’s disease, we offer the facilities and technology to treat the wide variety of conditions and diseases our senior population faces, as well as conditions related to trauma and post-surgical management.

Terrace View residents receive 24-hour physician access and skilled nursing care when needed. In the event of a serious illness or emergency, patients are right next door to the resources and facilities of the ECMC hospital. In addition, residents are treated by specialists from across ECMC.
