Job Description

ECMC seeks an experienced candidate to join UBMD Orthopedics and Sports Medicine physicians, APP’s, and a full complement of RN’s and support staff. The candidate would work in partnership with over 30 ancillary service lines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care for adult reconstruction patients along with multiple Fellowship-trained partners
    • Primary and Revision arthroplasty, infections, periprosthetic fracture
    • Participate in Medical Student, Resident and Fellow education, and departmental Grand Rounds
    • Participate in smaller Adult Reconstruction conferences and journal clubs
    • Paid call at level 2 hospitals with ability to “hand-off” cases to subspecialty-trained partners

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range $575,000-$600,000
  • RVU productivity in addition

*Base rate is not inclusive of productivity and quality incentives that service line specific positions may qualify for in their department. Signing, retention and relocation bonuses may also be available and would also be in addition to base salary compensation. The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant at the time of posting. When determining pay, several factors will be considered including but not limited to location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, professional credentials, internal equity, and budget.
