- Brand New Emergency Department with state of the art equipment
- Level 1 Adult Trauma Center for Western New York (WNY)
- Burn Unit – only unit of it’s kind in WNY
- Regional Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health – Chemical Dependency Services and Psychiatric Care with Only Adolescent Psychiatric Program in the area. Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program is the largest acute care psychiatric program in the region.
- Regional Center of Excellence for Transplanation and Kidney Care
- Center for Cancer Care – Specializing in Head & Neck, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Dental & Medical Oncology, Maxillofacial Prosthetics, and Breast Oncology
- Medical Surgical Nursing Units that provide general medical care for a wide variety of acute illness as well as postoperative care for the adult. Many of the Medical Surgical Units have telemetry capabilities.
- Terrace View Long-Term Care Facility including sub-acute rehabilitation.
