Students get a glimpse of the care of a trauma patient at the scene of a crash from EMS providers. Participants are walked through trauma care in the Emergency Room and a visit to the Trauma Intensive Care Unit demonstrates the reality and the consequences of being involved in a motor vehicle crash. The program concludes with a “Contract for Life” and a “No Phone Zone Pledge.” A classroom based program is also available. Please call (716) 898-5184 to request a presentation.
