Biography

Dr. Devinalini Misir is an attending psychiatrist at the Regional Behavioral Health Center of Excellence at ECMC, and is also an attending physician within the CPEP (Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program). Here, Dr. Misir focuses on a variety of specialties, including addiction, behavioral pharmacology, drug abuse, and maternal-fetal medicine.

In addition, Dr. Devinalini Misir is a clinical assistant professor at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Her previous roles have including tutor of psychiatry at the Yale New Haven Hospital of Yale University and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Tufts University.

Dr. Misir has received a number of honors over the course of her career, including the Best Clinical Teacher Award for psychiatry residents, and the APA IMG Travel Award.
