Aaron Jerzewski, MD

Biography

Dr. Aaron Jerzewski manages ECMC’s physical medicine and rehabilitation departments. His responsibilities include coordinating provider rotations, organizing quality control reviews and meetings, handling physician and mid-level recruitment, and maintaining a full-time clinical schedule serving both inpatient and outpatient needs. Previously, Dr. Jerzewski was the medical director of the medical rehab unit at Buffalo General Hospital where he promoted a team approach to patient care and coordinated weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to maximize rehab potential and coordinate safe discharge plans. After earning his Doctor of Medicine from State University of New York at Buffalo, he went on to complete two residencies in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Jerzewski is also a Diplomat Member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
