Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide brokerage services for the sale of portions of its Internet Protocol (IP) version 4 (IPv4) Class B address space. ECMCC is exploring the option of monetizing portions of this address space.
