RFP #202410 ONLINE SCHEDULE REQUEST AND BOOKING

Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is looking for a software solutions and vendor to partner with to augment our Digital Health Strategy related to online patient scheduling requests and pre-registration automation; and additional Revenue Cycle services. Vendors are encouraged to respond to the portions of the RFP that can meet the requested needs and engage in pilot programs with various service lines and uses cases to improve patient engagement and reduce burden on clinical staff. Pilot programs may be expanded pending review of successful outcomes.
