Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Avaya CS1K (to include Avaya Nortel AACC) and Avaya Aura Equipment Maintenance and Managed Support Services. This includes 24/7/365 professional services by technicians to provide assistance with day to-day work needed for items such as adds, moves, changes on the phone system. Also, assistance with configuration issues and troubleshooting.
