Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), on behalf of its hospital and Terrace View Long-Term Care Facility, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a full recruitment search and placement for executive-level (Vice President or higher) positions at ECMCC. The ultimate goal is the select executive search firm(s) to attract a diverse field of qualified candidates and manage the selection process through the final selection of a candidate in collaboration with ECMCC’s HR Department and hiring manager. The amount of positions will vary dependent on ECMCC’s needs.
