Rebecca R. Buttaccio |  Physician Assistant

Rebecca R. Buttaccio, PA, is the advanced practice provider for the consulting neurology and stroke team at ECMC’s community-based, Level 1 Trauma and Primary Stroke Center. She works closely with the attending neurologist, neurodiagnostic technicians and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive neurologic care in an acute setting. Rebecca has previous neurology experience at Dent Neurologic Institute with a focus in diagnosing and treating patients with headaches, concussions, strokes, dizziness and dementia. She is an adjunct professor and preceptor at both Daemen and D’Youville Colleges. Buttaccio is an active member of the local Western New York Physician Assistant Association, currently serving as the CME coordinator. She has held memberships in other professional organizations, including the American Headache Society and the American Academy of Neurology.
