Biography

Dr. Binkley is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon at ECMC. He specializes in shoulder disorders with expertise specifically in shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder arthroscopy including rotator cuff repairs, shoulder fractures, upper extremity trauma and general orthopedic injuries. He completed a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at Johns Hopkins University and an orthopedic residency at the University at Buffalo.

A staff member of UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, he previously served as a shoulder and elbow attending physician at Dayton Veterans Hospital prior to returning to Buffalo.

He has written extensively and presented his research frequently. Dr. Binkley is a member of the New York State Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
