We’ll thoroughly evaluate you to determine whether surgical or non-surgical treatment would be best. When surgery is recommended, we’re there for you—pre- and post-operation—until you’re fully recovered.

Surgical options that could help improve function include:

  • Ankle arthroscopy (a minimally invasive technique used for such problems as chronic inflammation, arthritis and cartilage fracture)
  • Ankle stabilization
  • Cartilage regeneration
  • Fusion and arthrodesis (a common technique to alleviate pain or disability in a joint)
  • Osteotomy and realignment
  • Skin grafting (human or synthetic skin is used to close difficult wounds)
  • Tendon and ligament reconstruction
  • Total ankle replacement
