Dental Insurance Options

You have the option between the following plans:

Dependent Coverage

Dependent children can remain on your dental insurance until the end of the year in which the child turns 19 (Standard dental plan) or 23 (Buy-Up dental plan). You will receive COBRA paperwork through our third party administrator, P&A group, in the mail providing you with the option to continue their coverage at the full premium.

2021 Dental Insurance Rates

Dental premiums rates are subject to change annually on April 1st. The employee responsibility of the premiums is negotiated by your collective bargaining agreement if you’re in a union position or by ECMCC policy if you are Management Confidential (MC). The premiums for 2019/2020 did not change. Employee rates were mailed to your home address.

If you would like to add or remove coverage, please complete the dental enrollment form.
