A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, Dr. Belles earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical
College in Philadelphia, received his postgraduate medical training at Allentown Affi liated Hospitals, and served as
otolaryngology-head & neck surgery resident and chief resident at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. As one of the area’s prominent otolaryngology surgeons, he is a member
of University Head & Neck Surgery, Inc., the practice group of the Department of Otolaryngology, University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. Dr. Belles is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York and has lectured and
published widely on a variety of subjects specific to his medical and surgical specialties. He is a member of the American Society of Head & Neck Surgeons and several other medical and professional societies.

Chief of Dentistry and Director of the General Practice Residency at ECMC, Dr. Gogan is the former Dental Director of the Erie County Department of Health and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Oral Diagnostic Sciences at the School of Medicine of the University at Buffalo, The State University of New
York. She is an attending dentist with expertise in operating room dentistry for persons with disabilities at ECMC.

Dr. Hall has served at both ECMC and Buffalo General Hospital as Chief of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial (OMF) Surgery in their respective Departments of Dentistry and as Clinical Service
Director of OMF Surgery at Erie County Medical Center. He is also Chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial
Surgery at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, where he holds positions in several departments including the Department of Microbiology and the Department of Oral Biology. Dr. Hall has lectured widely at invited presentations, seminars, and professional convocations both nationally and internationally
and is the author of many medical and scientifi c articles, abstracts, and book chapters. He is the recipient of several
research grants designed to investigate a wide range of therapies and treatment modalities.
