Dr. Loree is currently the Director of the Department of Head & Neck and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at ECMC.
Before joining ECMC as the Director of the department, Dr. Loree received his doctorate of medicine from George
Washington University and general and plastic surgery training from St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. Dr. Loree realized his passion for cancer treatment early in his career. He continued to expand his expertise as head and neck surgery and oncology fellow with Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Cancer Center in New York and as an attending physician at Roswell Park Cancer Institute for nearly 20 years. During the last 12 years of his Roswell Park tenure, he was Chairman of the
Department of Head & Neck/Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Loree currently holds an appointment as an Associate Professor of Surgery at 0niversity at Buffalo, The State University
of New York, where he continues to conduct research and publish extensively.

A distinguished surgeon with an international resume, Dr. Popat is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. He also serves as Director of the Comprehensive Head and Neck Center and attending surgeon at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo.
Prior to joining ECMC he was Assistant Professor of Surgical Oncology and attending surgeon at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. A skilled and experienced administrator, Dr. Popat was also Director of Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and attending surgeon at the University of Rochester Medical Center, as well
as a member of several medical advisory boards in Rochester and Buffalo. He has made countless presentations at meetings, conferences, and grand rounds throughout North America and is
the author of many research papers and textbook chapters relative to his medical and surgical specialties.

A native son of Buffalo, Dr. Burke has dedicated his medical career to the service and compassionate care of Western New York cancer patients and their families. Upon graduating from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Burke advanced his
medical training as a plastic surgery resident in Akron, Ohio, but had already found his professional niche and true passion during a rigorous specialized fellowship in head and neck cancer
treatment at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Dr. Burke is proud to now serve as the in-house expert on the management and
resection of head and neck cancer and plastic and reconstructive head and neck surgery at ECMC.

A board certified specialist in the treatment of breast disease, Dr. Lindfield is the Medical Director of Breast Services for ECMC and the founder and medical director of Western New York Breast Health, the region’s only comprehensive breast care facility. She is a member of the National Consortium of Breast Centers. She completed her surgery specialty training at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences and UB-affiliated hospitals and is currently a volunteer professor of surgery at UB. Dr. Lindfield is a national speaker on the topic of genetic testing and has also lectured extensively on topics related to breast cancer and breast care. She is a member of the American Society of Breast Disease, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the Buffalo Surgical Society, and the Erie County Medical Society.
