Safe, secure, convenient parking

ECMC has more than 2,200 parking spots. Follow the signs on Grider Street to our conveniently located lots in front of the medical center, just steps away from the main entrance. Discounted parking is offered to all ECMC patients.

Pastoral and Spiritual Care Services

Clergy and spiritual staff are on call 24 hours a day. Services and Masses are offered at various days and times of the week and Bible study and special spiritual counseling sessions are available to patients, their families, and staff by request.

Pharmacy

Patients of physicians affiliated with ECMC can purchase their prescriptions at the METCARE Rx Pharmacy located in the main lobby at ECMC. To contact the METCARE Rx Pharmacy, call 716-332-2866.

Financial Counseling

Although we make every effort to keep costs as low as possible, we know that some patients may need assistance paying medical bills. ECMC’s Financial Counseling office can help you apply for government-funded programs including Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus, and Medicaid. Even if you don’t qualify for one of these programs, we can help you set up an affordable payment plan that works for you. The head & neck / plastic & reconstruction surgeons at ECMC are committed to offering world-class compassionate care from initial consultation through post-operative follow-up. They are sensitive to the emotional toll of cancer and traumatic defects and work to promote the restoration of form and function.
