MICHAEL A. SEAMAN | Vice Chair
Michael Seaman is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of ECMC.
He brings over fourteen years of experience in banking and commercial lending, as well as ten years of experience working with the City of Buffalo.
Currently, he serves as Director of Treasury and Collections for the City of Buffalo, responsible for day-to-day operations such as receiving, receipting, depositing, and reconciling all funds, as well as cost control related to banking services and technology. Past roles with the City include Deputy Commissioner of Administration and Finance and Director of Treasury and Collections.
In addition, he is the owner and operator of the Wehrle Golf Complex, having been responsible during the development of the 16-acre complex and retaining oversight of daily operations, employee management, annual budget, lease negotiations, and financial responsibilities.
Beyond his board position at ECMC, Michael Seaman remains deeply involved in the Western New York community, serving as a member of Butler Mitchell’s Alumni Association, Treasurer of Buffalo’s Police Athletic League, and Chairman of the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority.
