Urology (Urinary Tract) Services

The Department of Urology offers complete care for patients with diseases of the male or female urinary tract and the male reproductive system. The department treats those with urinary infections, stones, incontinence (inability to prevent discharge of bodily excretions) and cancer. The department also provides follow-up services for injury reconstruction and management. Problems treated pertaining to the male reproductive organs include prostate disease, impotence and testicular and penile disease (lesions). The department also conducts various urological surgical procedures, operates a referral center for treatment of advanced malignant and benign tumors, and plays an essential role in ECMC's renal transplantation program.
