ECMC Corp.'s Department of Nephrology provides home training and support services for patients who can be treated by peritoneal dialysis. In fact, ECMC Corp. is recognized for establishing the first Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) program in Western New York, another example of its leading-edge approach to the care of ESRD.
