Crucial Role of Nursing Care
At ECMC, we recognize the crucial role of the Registered Nurse in directing care. Our Critical Care and Emergency Departments are staffed entirely by RNs. Our Medical/Surgical areas have a 75% RN presence, and we promote the use of full time staff to ensure continuity of care. Approximately 80% of our staff are full time employees, though part-time and per diem positions are also available to offer flexibility.
