This RFP is an invitation to selected vendors to prepare and submit a proposal for an automated system capable of fulfilling present and future needs for document archiving, scanning and imaging. This RFP contains a description of the environment in which the automated systems must operate and the conditions of proposing. The RFP requests information on the vendor's background and experience, how the proposed system will meet requirements, the technical specifications of the proposed system, and a detailed systems implementation plan including the required resources. Proposals should be prepared to provide a straightforward response to the requirements included in the RFP, with the vendor having the responsibility of proving that the system's functionality will satisfy the hospital's requirements.

RFP# 21423 Allscripts Interface Development

ECMCC uses Allscripts Enterprise (version 11.4.x) as its outpatient Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In using this system, certain devices need to be integrated to the EHR, such as the Topaz signature pads (Topaz Sig Gem Color 5.7" LCD USB) and the Welch Allyn equipment (BP Pulse Oximeters).
